Well, there are always ups and downs

Well, after my AdSense success of yesterday, I decided to press my luck and try a little PPC using a small PPC network (only $0.01 per click-can't beat that with a stick if the clicks are worth anything at all). While I'm not out much (less than a dollar), so far I am not getting great AdSense response. Oh well, this is basically a test for the site as well as the PPC engine-I'll let the campaign run a few days. If I get a good response at all, I'll include information on the network so you can check it out for yourself.

One thing can absolutely be said about this business-it's a series of ups and downs. You get a sale or see a small jump in AdSense and you get excited. If the success doesn't continue (and it often doesn't), you get as down as you were up. I've come to realize that any success is relative, so I celebrate the good responsibly, but I can't rest on my laurels until I'm well over my goal of $200.00/day on a regular basis.
