First Post

Well, this is my first post on my new Blog!! I'm hoping to use this as a bully pulpit to herald products and services I hope to market through my marketing consulting firm, Advent Marketing. From time to time, I will also drop a few marketing tips in here as well and links to great marketing info that I find on the web anywhere.

My largest current project is with Precision Floor Marking Inc. They are a manufacturer of an amazing product which dramatically cuts the time required to mark a floor. It's called the StraightLine 1000 and it's been engineered from the ground up to do what it's supposed to do-lay down either a single line of tape or twin parallel lines of tape to mask for painting a line.

The cool thing about it is it's versatility. It can be used to mask for a permanent line to paint or used to lay down temporary tape (such as marking off a gym for dodgeball or something).

I've never claimed to be the brightest match in the box, but even I can use it and lay down a straight line on a floor first time.
